Warranties and Returns
Our Simple Promise to You: We know from experience that no matter what we do, sometimes a part gives up prematurely and we are also human so we sometimes make mistakes. If this happens to you, we will do our best to help by either fixing or replacing defective parts of our products for the period of warranty stated. This includes locking mechanisms, hinge, gas props, light bulbs, and even lost keys. Naturally we cannot cover things like paint chips, abuse, and minor adjustments that you can easily make. If the product you bought from Highway Products does not meet your needs, or expectations,(custom made products and 10+ quantity orders do not apply) you may return it within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your money less our shipping costs and repair if there is excessive damage. The return product will need to be wrapped well enough to make the trip damage free and you will need a "RETURN MERCHANDICE AUTHORIZATION" (RMA) number for us to except it as a return. The product must arrive in reasonable resalable condition because we will need to resell it as a second to one of our dealers at a discounted price. So please keep in mind that we will also suffer from any return. Our main concern is that you get a great product the first time and one that will work hard for you. If you are having a problem with our products please call and let us know. We want you to buy from us again sometime, so we really do want to make this easy and show you that Highway Products really is a name you can trust. Thank you for using or considering our products. |
