

Inspect order immediately for shipping damage. Be sure if you have someone else receiving your shipment that they will inspect the order for damage for you. File a report with the shipper and take pictures if possible. Make sure all items are included. If you notice any missing items that are listed on your packing slip, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get the manufacture to ship the missing parts right away.
Read all instructions and manuals that come with your new before assembly. If you have any problems with the assembly or installation, please call us for help.
We fully expect you to work with us closely in the initial order process to assure that the proper size SlideMaster /Joey Bed is ordered. Ship cost can be very expensive and we do want to get the right product shipped right the first time.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization number by calling: Toll Free (866) 300-0137 or e-mailing: sales@joeybedshop.com. Your return will not be accepted without prior authorizations, to cover shipping charges.
